CasaMount Development JA Ltd was founded to bring an integrated, disciplined, and long term approach to property and infrastructure development in Jamaica and the Caribbean.

Our Story

CasaMount Development JA Ltd was established to provide an integrated approach to property and infrastructure development in Jamaica, one that brings project origination, funding, planning, development oversight, and long term asset management together under a single, accountable company. This structure allows CasaMount to carry a development from its earliest concept through to a thriving, well managed community.

We are currently in our startup phase, with our flagship proposed development, Magic Valley Smart City in St. Elizabeth, representing the scale and ambition of what CasaMount intends to deliver across the region.
