Georgia Duncan

Georgia Duncan serves as Director of Human Resources at CasaMount, bringing over 27 years of experience in the customer service and transportation industry across North America and overseas. She is a goal oriented individual who is passionate about problem solving and risk management, and about helping individuals achieve meaningful milestones in their personal and professional lives.

Georgia has mentored young adults since she was a teenager and was a longtime member of the Girl Guides of Canada, progressing from Brownie to Guide to Pathfinder. The organization's motto, “Be Prepared,” continues to guide her approach to everyday life and leadership.

As a parent herself, Georgia is actively involved with the Black Advisory Council at the Peel District School Board, supporting initiatives that benefit children and families in her community.

Known for her positive, sociable, and caring nature, Georgia stands firmly behind those striving to turn challenges into opportunities, approaching life's difficulties with resilience and a steady belief that things fall into place.
